Online Therapy
Clients connect with me from all over the world whether from home or work, using platforms like Zoom, WhatsApp etc. Online therapy works well for both individual therapy and couples therapy. Online therapy can be used in combination with face-to-face sessions. Clients must ensure they have access to a quiet, private space and a reliable internet connection.
I know how hard it can be to find a therapist with whom you can feel comfortable. Clients feel understood and supported by me.

I draw upon many years of training in psychology and therapy, and experience in helping people. As an Integrative Psychotherapist, I adapt various therapeutic and psychological models and techniques to meet the needs of each individual and couple. Before becoming a Psychotherapist, I had a corporate career and am well acquainted with the pressures of the corporate environment and juggling work-life demands. I mostly work with clients on a long-term basis. CBT is available on a short to medium-term basis.
I am registered with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and the British Psychological Society (BPS). I follow their codes their codes for Professional and Ethical Practice. I attend CPD and professional supervision as required by these professional organisations.
