Count your points and understand your result:
- 23-30 points: High stress levels – Your stress seems to have a negative impact on your daily life and well-being. It can be important to find ways to reduce stress, for example through relaxation exercises, better planning or professional help.
- 16-22 points: Moderate stress level – You are experiencing stress that can affect your well-being. It can be helpful to identify what is causing your stress and find strategies to manage it. Practise recovery and see if you can reduce the load. It may also be helpful to attend stress management counselling.
- 10-15 points: Low stress levels – Your stress levels seem to be under control. You probably have a good balance between work, leisure and recovery. Continue to prioritise breaks and healthy routines.
