Have you experienced burnout in the last 2-3 years?

NSPC In Partnership With Middlesex University London

I'm a burnout researcher, wanting to speak to women aged 30–50 across the UK who have experienced burnout and feel it had a real impact on them.

This study explores how women experience burnout and how it impacts them - from the inside out.

Who Can Take Part

You may be eligible if:

  • You self-identify as a woman
  • You are aged 30–50
  • You experienced burnout in the past 2–3 years
  • The acute stage was more than 6 months ago
  • Exhaustion lasted 3+ months
Not suitable if burnout was primarily due to narcissistic abuse or acute trauma.

Why Take Part

What's Involved?

  • One confidential 45-minute online interview
  • Flexibility to fit your schedule
Some women describe finding it meaningful to speak about their experience in a space where they feel heard and understood.

What’s Involved

Why Take Part?

  • Burnout is often described as stress or exhaustion.
  • But many women describe something deeper — a sense of being changed.
  • This research aims to better understand that experience.
Your story could help deepen understanding and improve recovery support for other women.
