UK Study: Burnout in Women (Aged 30–50)
Have you experienced burnout in the last 2-3 years?
In Partnership With
I'm a burnout researcher, wanting to speak to women aged 30–50 across the UK who have experienced burnout and feel it had a real impact on them.
This study explores how women experience burnout and how it impacts them - from the inside out.
You may be eligible if:
- You self-identify as a woman
- You are aged 30–50
- You experienced burnout in the past 2–3 years
- The acute stage was more than 6 months ago
- Exhaustion lasted 3+ months
Not suitable if burnout was primarily due to narcissistic abuse or acute trauma.
What's Involved?
- One confidential 45-minute online interview
- Flexibility to fit your schedule
Some women describe finding it meaningful to speak about their experience in a space where they feel heard and understood.
Why Take Part?
- Burnout is often described as stress or exhaustion.
- But many women describe something deeper — a sense of being changed.
- This research aims to better understand that experience.
Your story could help deepen understanding and improve recovery support for other women.
You will be asked a few brief eligibility questions and receive full study information.
Please share this with other women who may be eligible.
